Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PEQORA ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and PEQORA.

PEQORA is a personal finance management tool that lets you track income, expenses, budgets, savings goals, and generate financial reports. We offer a Free plan and a Pro subscription. The Service is provided "as is" for personal use. It is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or regulated financial institution. Nothing in PEQORA constitutes financial advice.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use PEQORA.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

Free plan: Includes up to 100 transactions per month, 3 budgets, and 1 savings goal. No credit card required.

Pro plan: Unlimited transactions, budgets, goals, custom categories, recurring transactions, advanced reports, and data exports. Billed monthly or annually.

Plan limits may change with notice. Existing subscribers are protected from price increases for their current billing period.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
• Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable. VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.

You own all data you enter into PEQORA. We will not share, sell, or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Export. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Create accounts for automated scraping or abuse
• Use the Service to harm, defraud, or mislead others
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. PEQORA does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEQORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
